Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented marketing specialist, passionate about growth and proven in implementing data-driven strategies. As a member of the Marketing team, the Growth Marketing Manager will lead the Growth Team in charge of expanding Arturia’s customer base, increase revenue, and grow market share.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership and Management: Lead a team of 3 direct reports, develop tools to optimize performance and achieve goals.
- Growth Marketing Strategy: Develop strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Oversee the implementation of multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEA, digital advertising, social media, newsletters). Manage customer acquisition campaigns and improve conversion funnels.
- CRM: Define CRM scenarios to retain and maximize customer value.
- Complex Project Management: Supervise Amazon stores with the Sales team, work on the product life cycle, including launches, and coordinate with IT, QA, and R&D teams to meet marketing plans.
- Analysis and Performance: Collaborate with the data engineer to analyze KPIs and refine strategies. Produce reports for management, highlighting growth opportunities.
- Content Marketing and Branding: Create engaging content to drive traffic and facilitate customer acquisition. Ensure consistent communication with other teams to strengthen the brand image.
- Financial Management: Allocate and monitor marketing budgets to optimize ROI.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (8+ years) in growth marketing, Amazon stores management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, metrics, and tracking tools.
- Solid knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, SEO, SEA, social media advertising, and content marketing.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Proven skills in analysis, problem-solving, and project management.
- Strong ability to adapt in uncertain contexts, prioritize, and adjust goals to align with strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and work with other stakeholders.
- Results-driven attitude and passion for data-driven decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices in growth marketing, enabling you to anticipate and manage risks effectively.
