Singulier is looking for a Senior Consultant, Paid Media to contribute to paid search, paid social and display consulting projects for due diligence, value creation and transformation projects for our private equity customers and their companies.

Singulier provides digital strategy and transformation support for private equity/investment funds and their portfolio companies. We collaborate with our clients to establish task forces that can perform strategic digital operations resulting in rapid and sustainable impact. Unlike other consulting firms, we don’t end our work at the recommendation; we work closely with our clients to implement the prototype or pilot and support transformation to ensure that we are immediately providing tangible value.
We are working with leading investors and their portfolio companies. Some of our clients to date have included: KKR, Bain Capital, Carlyle Inc, Advent International, CVC Capital Partners, EQT and many more.
Our diverse team of approximately 80 professionals based in London, Paris & Munich includes consultants from both operational and strategy backgrounds (including data engineers, digital media experts, and UX experts). Our members are graduates of the best business and engineering schools and possess extensive experience in the field. Founded in 2017, we have grown rapidly and are currently building our new team in Germany.
Location: Paris or London, regular presence in the office with the possibility of working remotely. Some projects require more in-person presence.
Advise clients on Paid Media strategies and deliver projects to implement them
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis and audits of clients’ paid media ad accounts.
- Participate in the assessment of the digital maturity of companies in investor due diligence projects, or as the first phase of strategic projects.
- Provide clear, actionable recommendations and initiatives to improve campaign performance in line with business goals, focused on driving growth and cost efficiency improvements.
- Forecast traffic, spend and sales numbers using modelling of differing KPIs and data sources to present a variety performance scenarios for recommended initiatives.
- Design and/or deliver paid media strategies and solutions.
- Oversee and/or deliver the development and roll-out of recommended initiatives and test and learn roadmaps with clients, their agencies and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other specialist and strategic consulting teams within Singulier across topics such as data, SEO, organic social, UX and customer strategy, to ensure key messages are delivered effectively to clients.
- Advise clients at senior levels.
- Provide expert advice to clients, including private equity investors and their portfolio company management teams, on paid media strategies and solutions to support their business goals.
Support the development and promotion of Paid Media within the Marketing Practice and wider business
- Collaborate on business development.
- Support partners and our internal marketing team on business development activities, including creating proposals and external marketing materials.
- Identity and maintain a set of industry best practices and benchmarks for paid media that can be leveraged to inform maturity and performance improvement opportunities of companies.
- Identify and share knowledge on paid media innovations.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, platform updates and best practices, and introduce them to the marketing practice, wider organisation and clients to ensure we stay at the forefront of the industry.
- Contribute to our Paid Media offer, including pitch deck, methodology, and relevant marketing materials.
- Contribute to the upskilling of other consultants.
- Run internal paid media training on recent paid media project work and industry developments.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3-4 years minimum years' experience in paid media roles, across media agencies, in-house or consulting.
- Demonstrable experience in hands-on paid search and paid social operational roles planning and running campaigns for awareness and performance objectives.
- Experience using Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics.
- Experience with other ad platforms would be beneficial including Microsoft Ads, Programmatic, DV360, TikTok Ads etc.
- Ability to both provide strategic oversight and dive into the detail of paid media execution.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, with a strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and experience with different measurement methods.
- Ability to work across multiple topics and cross-function projects, prioritise tasks effectively and work to deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick delivery time and rapid data-driven decision making - we work with private equity owned businesses so speed and done is often more critical than perfection.
- Problem-solving mindset and naturally calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to a range of seniority levels and multiple stakeholders.
- Able to produce presentation material rapidly to clearly convey strategies, analysis and updates.
- An interest in learning about and broadening scope to other marketing channels and topics.
- Fluent in French and in English are required for this role.
