Role Overview:
In the role of TikTok Media Buyer at eJam, you will be directly involved in hands-on media buying and the practical execution of advertising strategies. This position focuses on optimizing high-performing TikTok campaigns, with an emphasis on analysis, strategy, and achieving revenue and profit goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Directly manage and execute media buying on TikTok, setting a high standard for performance and strategy.
- Develop a media strategy aligned with eJam's revenue and profit goals.
- Manage the advertising budget, optimizing allocation for financial success.
- Drive revenue and profit through effective paid advertising strategies.
- Assess and prioritize advertising channels based on ROI and audience engagement.
- Continuously analyze channel performance, reallocating investments for optimal results.
- Utilize analytics tools for detailed performance tracking.
- Stay abreast of market trends, leveraging insights for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with Creative and CRO teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in TikTok media buying and digital advertising.
- Proven experience in managing an annual TikTok ad budget of over $1,000,000.
- Highly organized with a strong commitment to achieving results.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using digital analytics tools for campaign tracking, optimization, and decision-making.
- Collaborative mindset, with experience working effectively across Creative and CRO teams.
Salary:
€1,800 - €3,000 per month (before taxes)
