Job Description
The resource will work on Salesforce/Altair and support various production steps.
Altair Tasks:
- Creation and update of Jobs in Salesforce and Roar.
- Insertion of revenue and cost estimates for the project in Salesforce and Roar.
- Coordination with the admin team for the creation of quotes for Jobs.
- Construction of the project structure in Roar (WBS, tasks, milestones, resource allocation, resource effort estimation, external cost estimation).
- Approval of hours on the project.
- Project reporting (P&L, timesheet).
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Publicis Groupe services and organization
- Knowledge of Project management methodologies
- Knowledge of Altair ecosystem
- English language
- Average Excel user
- methodic and oriented to work organization
Authorizations
- access to revenue and costs at job level
- access and approval of team members timesheets
- run P&L reports at job level
- run timesheet reports
