Position Overview
Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is a holistic approach to support our growth agenda in a sustainable and profitable way across five key levers:
- Strategic headline pricing
- Channel, Pack, Price Architecture
- Mix Management
- Promotional Effectiveness
- Trade Terms
The Junior Revenue Growth Manager plays a critical role in shaping Flora Food Group’s growth plans.
The role is newly created and encompasses a variety of tasks related to developing a growth strategy across our DACHIT markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland & Italy).
The focus is on identifying opportunities and risks and developing plans around these, tracking our performance, and that of competitors and categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as DACHIT market expert and driver of commercial initiatives enabling fast & fact-based decision making to shape our future price and promo plans
- Performance tracking: Continuously analyse total market & Flora Food Group’s performance dynamics and prepare inputs for monthly RGM & performance reviews with key stakeholders to drive actions to course-correct
- Price & Promo Optimization: Continue embedding the promotional analytics capability & routine, turning crucial post promo insights into a continuously improving promotional strategy
- Daily project management: Collaborate across functions, incl. sales, marketing and finance to implement commercial initiatives and innovation projects
- Strategic planning: Using insights of Flora Food Group’s performance incl. in the broader context of the category, identify potential white spots and generate recommendations for future growth (e.g. pricing, promotion, product assortment)
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
- Passion for data and turning it into insights & action plans
- Good analytical capability as well as good understanding of commercial concepts
- Basic understanding of consumer, shopper insights and marketing concepts
- Confident in Excel and PowerPoint
- 2+ years of Commercial, Finance or Revenue Growth Management experience in FMCG
- Fluency in English (German a plus but not a must)
- DACHIT market knowledge is a strong asset, not a requirement
