As Performance Marketing Lead within our E- Commerce and Integrated Marketing group where you will leverage your experience and commercial awareness to proactively contribute to Opella’s vision of empowering consumers to lead healthier, fuller lives. Your role will be pivotal in driving consumer-centric strategies across brand foundations, communications, innovation, and brand health. You will be responsible for crafting and driving primary research in conjunction with external partners, synthesizing and reporting key research findings, and making recommendations to support business strategies and decision making that drive brand growth.

Main responsibilities:
- The Performance Marketing lead will lead a team to manage the e-retail Media advertising for eCommerce for the United States.
- This role focuses on driving growth through performance-driven tactics, including paid search onsite, programmatic display and video tailored to eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Target…).
- We are a high functioning team, with a goal to reach ½ Billion in sales by ’29.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, and Marketing.
- The Performance marketing lead with ensure alignment with global strategies, our center of excellent but also effective communication across brands on their business objectives.
- Define global cross-platform strategy in accordance with the head of ecommerce in the US and the global eCommerce strategy (Sales growth, profitability goals, product prioritization).
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, brands, finance to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business priorities.
- Continue to optimize Media spend and align to P&L and customer priorities.
- Maintain a strategic link between the local, global team and the CoE, providing guidance and insights to foster a unified approach.
- Regularly analyze and report on performance against KPIs and reallocate budget to high-performing campaigns.
- Communicate on performance to the leadership team and budget steering.
- Build & Maintain partnership with e-Retailers (RMN’s) and Tech vendors on features and product innovation.
- Stay updated on eCommerce and digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure continuous improvement in performance.
About You
- Extensive experience in managing e-Retail media campaigns with a strong understanding of e-Retailer platforms (Amazon, Walmart) & US market trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills as well as proficiency, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset: data analysis skills with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: biased for action and ownership to develop new capabilities and tools, act like an owner.
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 7 years focused on e-Retail media (Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, etc.).
- Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth in an eCommerce environment.
- Strong knowledge of paid search (PPC), display, programmatic, and social media campaigns within eCommerce ecosystems.
