Position Overview
As we evolve and expand our full-funnel digital capabilities, we are seeking a seasoned Digital Social Advertising Manager to join our growing and innovative team. You will work collaboratively across a variety of accounts within our portfolio of brands, serving as a subject matter expert and engaging with leads across other channel disciplines to craft unified, omni-channel strategies. Partnering with and reporting to our Director of Advertising, you’ll be tasked with helping sell through our core philosophy of the intersection between brand and performance through best-in-class strategic media recommendations. This can be a fully remote position (U.S. only) or an in-office/hybrid position for those who live in the Greater Sacramento Area.
You Will
- Plan, launch, and meticulously optimize our clients’ digital advertising accounts with a focus on paid social channels
- Proactively monitor performance of accounts, identify opportunities for optimization and growth, and implement changes
- Manage client relationships including leading client meetings (typically video calls) and setting expectations via clear, concise communications
- Analyze account data using statistical skills, compile reports, and produce data visualizations
- Mentor Digital Advertising Specialists and assign tasks as needed
- Research and keep abreast of trends in paid social, paid search, and other digital advertising channels
You'll Have
- 4+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns to specific ROI goals (e.g. lead generation, e-commerce sales, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in executing and optimizing campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit
- Experience managing ALL facets of digital advertising campaigns and client relationships, including:
- Campaign strategy, design, trafficking, and optimization
- Audience development and testing strategy
- Placement optimization
- Budget planning
- Ad development – text, static, and video
- A/B test execution (both ads and landing pages)
- Bid management
- Reporting and analysis
- Client meetings and continuous client relationship management
- Offline conversion tracking (Meta/LinkedIn Conversions API, Google OCT, etc.) experience is a plus
- Experience managing e-commerce campaigns via social media channels is a definite plus, including:
- Catalog management
- Product feed optimization
- Audience segmentation
- Sales and conversion tracking
- Understanding of ad platform creative best practices
- Demonstrable experience with data analysis, data visualization, and presentation
- Experience using web analytic tools (Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.)
- Experience with pixel and tag management tools like Google Tag Manager
- Basic familiarity with marketing, automation, and CRM platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, Zapier, and Pardot
- Amazing project management and communication skills
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to quickly learn new software applications
- Zest for managing highly complex advertising accounts for multiple clients
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and personal responsibility
- Ability to travel to client sites and/or conferences on occasion
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $75-$90k/year, DOE.
