Job Description
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google, META, TikTok, and others. Your role will drive growth, maximize ROI, and ensure our clients’ digital marketing strategies exceed expectations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with clients to tailor campaigns that align with their business goals.
What will you do?
- Paid Media Management: Develop, execute, and manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, META (Facebook/Instagram), Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to ensure maximum ROI.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, analytics) to devise and execute strategies that enhance the overall campaign performance.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns for performance and efficiency, including A/B testing, keyword refinement, audience targeting, and ad placement.
- Client Reporting: Create performance reports, providing insights, recommendations, and strategic direction for ongoing campaigns.
- Trend Analysis: Stay on top of emerging trends, tools, and strategies in digital marketing to ensure our clients are ahead of the competition.
- Budget Management: Monitor campaign budgets, adjust bids, and allocate resources effectively to meet client KPIs.
Qualification Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google Ads, META, and TikTok campaigns (2-4 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large ad spends and optimize for ROI.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills, proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong collaboration skills with creative, content, and development teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in paid media and performance marketing.
