Role Overview
We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Growth and Digital Marketing to lead user acquisition, engagement, and retention for innovative, digital-first telecommunications brands globally. Reporting to the VP, Consumer Marketing, this role will develop and implement growth marketing strategies leveraging data, experimentation, and consumer insights to meet ambitious business goals. You’ll also manage a high-performing team of 2-3 direct reports while collaborating with internal leaders, external vendors, and partners.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee and implement go-to-market plans, ensuring seamless execution of marketing activities to meet key commercial targets.
- Use data and performance metrics to derive actionable insights, continuously optimizing user engagement and marketing effectiveness.
- Develop and run A/B tests and digital experiments to maximize conversion rates and refine customer experiences.
- Manage and optimize all marketing channels, both organic and paid, to ensure impactful and efficient outcomes.
- Monitor and report campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve results based on actionable insights.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, working closely with internal leadership, vendors, and partners.
Who You Are
- 8+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to translate metrics into effective strategies and impactful decisions.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and martech tools for campaign management and reporting.
- Skilled in A/B testing and experimentation with a focus on conversion rate optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performance teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence and align cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working in global roles, managing multiple markets and diverse audiences.
- Industry knowledge in telecommunications, digital-first businesses, or zero-to-one startups is highly desirable.
