We’re on the hunt for an ambitious Paid Social Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid social media campaigns, contributing to our huge international growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign strategy & execution – Develop, execute and optimise best-in-class paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms in key markets including Meta, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Monitor campaign performance – Undertake regular audits, analysis and optimisation of campaign performance to meet and exceed targets.
- Budget management - Manage and track budgets across paid media channels to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Creative collaboration – A key team member in the creative process, working closely with the Creative and Brand teams to develop tailored ad content that resonates with key target audiences.
- Cross-channel collaboration - Ensure the paid social strategy effectively integrates with the wider marketing strategy and other key digital marketing channels (e.g. SEO, PPC, email).
- Community management – Building and nurturing a highly engaged community across social platforms.
- Future proof our social presence – Keeping abreast of platform developments, new technologies and industry trends to ensure the business remains at the cutting edge of social media marketing.
Experience and Qualifications
- Professional or educational qualification in digital marketing or relevant area with an interest in all aspects of digital marketing.
- 4+ years proven experience in paid social media management with a track record of driving impactful full-funnel paid social campaigns.
- High level of proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights for maximum creative impact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas, results, and recommendations clearly.
- Finger on the pulse with emerging trends, tools, and industry best practices in social media.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Creative mindset with proficiency in use of design tools (e.g. Canva) preferable.
- Min. 2 days per week onsite.
- Please note that whilst this role is primarily focused on the Kinetica Sports brand, there will be a requirement to support paid social campaigns across the wider Boyne Valley Group.
