What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing, managing, and executing the user acquisition campaigns across paid media channels (Facebook, Google, Paid Social, Search, Display, Ad Networks)
- Monitoring the performance and continuously optimising the campaigns based on a data-driven approach and learnings from multiple A/B tests
- Participating in full-cycle creative production and providing data-driven decisions about further creative development
- Ensuring proper tracking, analysis, and reporting, as well as contributing to an automation of campaign management
- Working with the central marketing team to create aligned consumer communications across all channels to ensure consistent brand messages
What You'll Need
- 2+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing in a high-growth startup environment
- In-depth knowledge of performance campaign execution with special focus on: Google and Facebook ecosystem, programmatic platforms, ad networks, Affiliate networks, and SEO with proven track record of successfully executed campaigns
- A very good understanding of digital data analytics
- A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones and to enjoy working with data
- Natural curiosity and will to make an impact
