GrowthAssistant is looking for a Senior Paid Search Specialist for our growth marketing team. This teammate will help managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Pmax, Display, YouTube), refining lead quality, and targeting CPA/ROAS. The candidate will use DSA to identify opportunities, transition successful campaigns to manual management, and write ad copy for compliance. Responsibilities include daily reporting, performance analysis, budget adjustments, and weekly meetings to review campaign performance, with a $500k monthly ad spend.

The Role
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and refine Google Ads campaigns (Search, Pmax, Display, YouTube) to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
- DSA Management: Oversee the Dynamic Search Ads campaigns, assess performance data, and break out high-performing keywords into manual campaigns.
- Ad Copywriting & Compliance: Collaborate with team members to write and review ad copy, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, before launching.
- Budget & Bid Management: Adjust campaign budgets and bids based on performance data to meet target CPA, ROAS, and other key metrics.
- Daily Reporting: Compile and send daily health-check reports, including key insights on lead quality, conversion, CPC, CTR, and keyword performance.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze keyword-level, ad-group, and campaign-level performance to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaign outcomes.
- Weekly Performance Reviews: Prepare weekly slide decks with performance snapshots, focusing on successes and diagnosing areas needing improvement during 1:1 meetings.
The Requirements
- Expertise in Google Ads: In-depth knowledge of Google Search, Pmax (Display & YouTube), and Dynamic Search Ads (DSA), with the ability to optimize campaigns based on target CPA and ROAS.
- Analytical Proficiency: Strong skills in analyzing campaign performance data, adjusting strategies based on key metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CPC), and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Ad Copywriting & Compliance: Experience in writing ad copy and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, particularly for SEC-registered and financial companies.
- Experience with Budget Management: Comfortably managing significant ad budgets ($500k/month), adjusting bids, and optimizing spend to meet performance targets.
- DSA Expertise: Ability to manage and refine DSA campaigns, transitioning high-performing ads into manual campaigns, and driving revenue growth from DSA.
- Reporting and Tools Proficiency: Skilled in using Google Sheets for reporting (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), compiling daily performance reports, and using insights to inform campaign adjustments.
