As a Junior Media Buyer / GHL Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing ad campaigns while leveraging GoHighLevel (GHL) to streamline processes and enhance partner outcomes.
You’ll handle paid ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google, track performance metrics, and ensure the seamless execution of campaigns that drive partner success.

Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
- Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Monitor ad performance and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.
CRM and GHL Optimization:
- Utilize GoHighLevel for campaign automation, lead nurturing, and pipeline management.
- Continuously improve and iterate processes within the GHL platform.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Generate reports for internal use and partner presentations.
Partner Collaboration:
- Work closely with the partner coaches and call center teams to align campaign objectives with partner goals.
- Communicate campaign performance and results effectively to partners and internal stakeholders.
Creative Strategy:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and strategies tailored to target audiences.
What You’ll Bring
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience with media buying, specifically on Facebook, Instagram, and/or Google Ads.
- Advanced proficiency in GoHighLevel, including campaign automation and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with reporting tools like Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Position Details
- Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Shift: Monday - Friday
- 8am - 5pm Central Time (hours can be shifted if needed)
- Pay: $600 USD/month + bonuses tied to performance.
