Role Summary & Impact
The Senior Partnerships Analyst is an Analytics role dedicated to supporting the Headlight Partnerships team. The Partnerships team is responsible for vetting and evaluating current and potential AdTech partners – including but not limited to DSPs, SSPs, Publishers, and Data Providers – across the programmatic landscape while documenting their capabilities and offerings, recommending tests to activation teams to drive continued innovation for our client, Ford Motor Company. The ideal candidate is technical, organized, detail-oriented, insightful, curious, and ambitious with a passion for marketing and solving business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop test frameworks and measurement plans to support all Partnerships teams’ tests and projects
- Compile and organize external Partner (Publishers, Exchanges, etc.) and internal DSP reporting for both tracking and analysis purposes
- Surface actionable insights and monitor the impact of optimizations made as a result
- Daily monitor Advertiser, Channel, Publisher, Exchange delivery, spend, and performance, identifying outliers and fluctuations to determine if intentional, and if not, work to escalate and troubleshoot accordingly
- Build & Maintain Dashboards in Tableau and other data visualization platforms
- Prepare Partnerships team for internal and external meetings with relevant data and reporting to ensure time is productive and outcome is successful
- Ensure all client-facing data and materials meet or exceed expectations (from accuracy, to content, to quality) and are delivered on time.
- Establish a strong relationship with cross-functional (agency, client and HoldCo) Analytics stakeholders developing a deep understanding of various KPIs and their correlations, collaborating when necessary
- Become an expert in industry-wide measurement capabilities such as, Brand Lift Studies, Video Measurement, Brand Safety, as well as emerging KPIs and metrics, determining where to implement innovative solutions
- Research industry trends and facts sharing expertise with the team.

- Audit Supply and Setup Best Practices via DSP reporting, surfacing any discrepancies and working with Programmatic Services team to resolve.
- Analyze financial aspects of programmatic ecosystem in order to mitigate unnecessary costs and maximize client dollars
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field. OR equivalent professional work experience
- 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in media analytics, and digital media experience required
- Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills
- Must be able to multitask and self-prioritize various Partnerships projects
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proactivity and the ability to learn independently is a must
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, pivot charts, XLOOKUP, building charts and macros, etc.
- Experience with DSPs for example: DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.
- Familiar with Analytics tools: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other web analytics tools
- Knowledge of ad server technology such as Google Campaign Manager
- Strong understanding of media metrics (e.g., buying models, CPV, VCR, GRP)
Additional Considerations
- Experience with Looker Studio or Tableau preferred
- Knowledge of media industry research tools (MRI, Nielsen Net Ratings, Ad Relevance, and Forrester)
- Experience in the Auto industry and/or programmatic trading is a big plus
- SQL experience

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $45,000 to $100,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
