ResponsibilitiesWho you are
(m)PHASIZE seeks a future dynamic thought leader in marketing analytics and predictive modeling. The Analyst will work closely with Managers, Directors, and Vice Presidents on all aspects of analytics work, from data collection and processing, hypothesis testing and model development, programming and model construction, and model interpretation.
What you'll do
- Gather and analyze data related to consumer behavior, market trends, and marketing campaigns
- Implement statistical modeling and analytic processes in all stages of client projects
- Develop and maintain statistical models that estimate and predict marketing effects and business drivers
- Collaborate as part of a team on model takeaways, statistical diagnosis, and business sanity
- Standardize and automate analytic processes to gain efficiency in any recursive or iterative workflow
- Deliver statistical and managerial interpretation of the results to the internal client insights team
- Accountable for accomplishing own work
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity to critically and creatively solve ongoing business problems
- Suggest and create new product ideas in marketing analytics
Qualifications- Two to three years of experience in data science or advanced analytics
- Proficiency in statistical models like multivariate, linear, nonlinear, Bayesian, and/or time series
- Proven track record in statistical modeling and computational programming
- Experience or keen interest in marketing and advertising data
- Graduate-level coursework or degree in statistics, mathematics, or econometrics
- A bachelor's degree is required; a Master's in quantitative discipline is a plus
- Demonstration of creative thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Recognition that value comes from a collective effort
- Proficiency and familiarity with statistical computing, like R, Python, and SAS
- Proficiency and familiarity with data and spreadsheet tools like MS Excel, Power BI, and SQL

Compensation Range: $106,500 - $167,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
