Role Summary & Impact
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Optimization Platform Solutions, to assume the pivotal role of subject matter expert for how to activate GroupM's optimization solutions in the areas of AI, and DCO across Nexus Media Solutions activity. In this capacity, the selected candidate will spearhead platform training, activation, and support initiatives, ensuring that our Nexus Media Solution teams optimize the utilization of our solutions to their utmost potential.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for Technical Engineering support of both Copilot and Create Choreograph technology sets for all Nexus Media Solutions Business teams, stewarding as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for GroupM's proprietary AI and Creative Solutions.
- Lead the troubleshooting of campaigns utilizing Choreograph Create and Copilot Platform offerings on behalf of Nexus Media Solutions Campaign Revenue inclusive of technical ownership of DSP setup, pre and post live troubleshoot issues, and ensuring best practices to maximize Nexus Media Solutions revenue delivery.
- Responsible for helping provide support for Group Director, Optimization Platforms including extraction of data from our offerings for analysis. This includes DSP data, generalized reporting, and client reporting deliverables for Nexus Media Solutions Optimized campaigns.
- Responsible for communication of post live support issues including bugs/errors, and level 1 & 2 triage with Choreograph Product/Platform teams including internal coms and documentation for RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and owning communication with engineering and product teams for any release deployment for fixes.
- Responsible for leading training presentations and certification programs within the North American Nexus Media Solutions market, actively conducting training sessions and overseeing deployment of training collateral to the Market Business Teams.
- Own and evolve Copilot and Create client and trader onboarding processes, ensuring meticulous technical setup, and fostering client satisfaction throughout the onboarding journey
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital media and ad tech experience with media trading or optimization platforms
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, troubleshooting, or customer success roles with enterprise software
- 2+ years of hands-on experience using major DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon, etc.)
- Data-driven, with an appreciation of organization and process
- Analytical & Troubleshooting skills, ability to extract data, analyze and generate reports
Preferred
- Interest and exposure to artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts
- Desire to develop a more technical skill set

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
