What To Expect
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded, and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our downtown Denver office, you will be responsible for leading and developing our marketing automation platform and performance modeling to further enhance the effectiveness of future marketing efforts.
As the Marketing Automation Specialist - Demand Generation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing the strategic re-implementation of Marketo Engage across global regions. Your focus will be on optimizing the marketing automation platform as a key part of the digital marketing ecosystem including establishing performance modeling and extracting actionable insights to drive revenue growth across markets. Your fit in the organization will be reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of the global re-implementation of Marketo across the global marketing organization.
- Provide central coordination, administration, and support for delegated marketing automation users across the world, including building out training governance.
- Develop standardized global campaign templates and guidelines that align with global marketing objectives and brand standards, while collaborating with regional marketing teams to support localization of regional campaigns.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to regional teams in utilizing templates, segmentation, workflows, and lead scoring effectively to execute targeted campaigns.
- Lead the design and implementation of a global B2B lead scoring model within the marketing automation platform to prioritize leads based on their engagement levels, demographics, and behavior.
- Continuously refine and optimize the lead scoring criteria and support regional marketing teams to gain alignment with sales objectives and maximize revenue generation.
- Execute feature assessment, requirements gathering, and process documentation and lead collaboration with implementation partners, vendors, and other internal teams for continuous improvement.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into campaign effectiveness and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
- Quantify marketing ROI, effectiveness, and establish global performance modeling to extend standardized processes globally.
- Maintain Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC) CRM campaigns in accordance with marketing automation platforms and OSC campaign syncs or smart campaign flow steps.
- Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships and communicate progress and evolution of the marketing automation feature roadmap.
- Manage, optimize, and own integrations within the digital marketing ecosystem.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing automation platform administration, including campaign management, workflow automation, lead scoring, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation strategies and lead scoring methodologies.
- Exposure to tactics that are common in B2B marketing (lead generation, demand generation, CRM, web analytics, landing page design, SEO).
- Exposure to relevant technology platforms in the B2B sales space (e.g. Marketo, Oracle Sales Cloud CRM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated understanding of data structures, including identifying and manipulating data types, joining data sets, and aggregating data.
- Experience with data visualization and presentation of analysis and findings. Leveraging tools such as Tableau, Workfront, Adobe Analytics, and PowerBI is a plus.
- Proactive and intellectually curious.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and familiarize oneself with new software and technologies.
- Strong communication skills, and the ability to communicate answers to business questions to a wide audience.
- Travel: up to 10% globally.

Pay & Benefits
- Full-Time: $102,000 - $137,000.
- Bonus Eligible.
- Relocation is not provided.
- Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire.
- Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued.
- 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match.
