Director of Performance Marketing
Suited Connector (SuCo) is looking for a strategic, data-driven, and innovative leader to join our Digital Marketing team as our Director of Performance Marketing/Customer Acquisition. You will leverage your knowledge and experience across performance marketing channels to drive scale, optimize performance and enable SuCo to achieve our overall growth. You are a highly analytical problem solver who is self-motivated, driven to succeed, and is able to manage and advise teams. You have expansive knowledge of paid advertising and in-depth experience building campaigns, e.g. Facebook, Google Display, and Gemini are bonus points!
Areas That Will Play to Your Strengths
- Manage the daily operations of lead-buying, including optimizing lead quality
- Monitor the health of campaigns and provide suggestions and recommendations related to campaign effectiveness
- Hold the broader marketing team accountable to deliver against joint initiatives to increase traffic growth
- Communicate and train the marketing team on best practices and key insights
- Manage overall digital marketing budget and allocation; understand spend effectiveness and needed optimizations
- Employ data-driven strategy in order to build and execute digital testing roadmap across messaging, creative, audience, frequency and channel mix
- Oversee team management (internal, agencies, contractors) and tools. Responsible for setting budgets, defining objectives, monitoring work flow, identifying and filling resource gaps and implementing and refining processes as needed
- Work with cross functional team members to ensure high frequency of testing and creative asset flow
- Own regular and clear communication of performance marketing performance against goals
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience: 4+ years web marketing, direct response, last click user acquisition, and demand gen to analyze and produce marketing sourced leads and pipeline. 2+ years working directly with Facebook or GDN.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience – driving change and overcoming obstacles, and managing to KPIs.
- Let's Get Technical: Strong understanding of paid media channels and industry trends.
- Data Wiz: Highly analytical and data-driven, with a comprehensive track record of producing high-quality results
- Organizational Skills: Ability to learn quickly and can assess priorities based on impact, level of effort, and bandwidth.
- Team Player & Drive: Ability to be a self-starter and comfortable working with cross-functional teams

The Other Details You Really Want to Know
- Preferred Locations: Southern, CA or CO
- Base Salary Range: i.e., $120,000 to $150,000
- Competitive bonus in addition to base salary compensation
- Status: Full-Time, Salaried Exempt
