Pay: $36.19 - $54.28 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Summary
Lead and optimize paid search media campaigns. Manage all aspects of paid search, from strategy and implementation to analysis and reporting, ensuring that campaigns meet KPIs to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Research, design, and propose paid search campaigns, including strategy development, landing page identification, keyword selection, ad copy creation, and post-click tagging for continuous improvement.
- Write ad copy and conduct active testing and analysis of keywords, ad copy, and landing pages.
- Monitor and assess competitive activity and keyword ranking performance to inform strategy adjustments.
- Develop and oversee monthly dashboards for paid search campaigns, providing insights and reports for service line discussions.
- Apply best practices and processes across all campaigns to ensure consistent performance.
- Support the team with quality assurance checks to maintain accuracy in ongoing campaign builds and account changes.
- Communicate performance opportunities and challenges with the team, recommending actionable solutions.
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements
- Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Required Licensure/Certification: None required.
- Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of experience managing paid search accounts with a proven track record of driving results.
