Summary
Develops, executes, presents and monitors internal media strategy and planning. Serves as lead media account manager for internal marketing team and the external agency partner.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership for all development and execution of media strategy, planning, and buying across all traditional and digital channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign goals, objectives, target audiences, budgets, and KPIs.
- Provide mentorship to team guiding them to deliver innovative, results-oriented campaigns.
- Oversee media buying processes to ensure optimal placements and cost-effective investments across all media platforms.
- Utilize data and analytics to monitor campaign performance, optimize strategies, and provide actionable recommendations to maximize ROI.
- Foster strong relationships with media vendors and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Manage campaign implementation, including creative rotations, tracking updates and ensuring on-time media activations.
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements
- Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Required Licensure/Certification: None required.
- Minimum Experience: 5 years of media planning or buying experience.
