About the role
As a Performance Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial part in the Growth and Marketing team of our Webcomics OTT application. You will be responsible for running paid marketing campaigns while working closely with the rest of the team stakeholders to ensure we reach our target audience.
Your Part
- Campaigns: Managing the paid marketing campaigns and advertisements.
- Reporting and computing: Consolidate and build reports on campaign performances.
- Data Analysis: Analyse Ad and campaign performance and provide actionable to the creative team.
- Coordinating with stakeholders: Work with the rest of the creative marketing team on creating ad campaigns.
Mandatory Skills
- Prior experience: 1-2 Years in Operations with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience: 1-2 Years in Data Analysis, Marketing and Operations Management.
- Exceptional communicator.
- Ability to crunch numbers, build insights, and create reports.
- Expertise in running performance marketing for Google or Meta.
Good to have skills
- Team Management Experience.
- Curiosity to learn and adopt AI technologies.
- Avid consumer of fictional content across mediums especially Comics.
