OverviewThe Supervisor, reporting to the Associate Director, is tasked with overseeing Campaign Managers in the creation, execution, reporting, and optimization of clients’ social campaigns. They are responsible for a strong attention to process and detail to ensure successful execution of all campaigns under their purview. They play a crucial role in tactical planning and alongside the Associate Director, the Supervisor serves as a primary day-to-day point of contact for Strategy, Investment, and clients.
Responsibilities- Campaign Management: Oversees the performance of paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap and others to ensure client goals are met. This includes managing budget projections, optimizing campaigns, and maintaining quality assurance throughout.
- Fiscal Accountability: Accountable for accurate budgeting, forecasting, billing and invoicing to ensure proper investment of media dollars
- Reporting & Analysis: Leads the team in analyzing paid social performance data, extracting meaningful insights, and recommending actionable next steps. Ensures reporting is thorough and delivers value to clients.
- Client Communication: Ensures team provides clear, consistent, and proactive communication of campaign performance, strategy updates, and project timelines
- Strategy & Innovation: Oversees the full process of paid social optimization and testing, including budget forecasting, proposal creation, implementation, analysis, and iteration
- Team Leadership: Delegates campaign management tasks, provides formal training, and develops junior team members through regular mentoring and skill-building.
- Operational Excellence: Partners with senior team members to develop processes for improved workflow within Zenith and between agency partners and vendors
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree, concentration in business, marketing, or advertising preferred but not required
- 3+ years of paid social media experience, ideally in an agency environment
- 1+ years of demonstrated success in managing and leading people
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience and managing social media platforms
- High competency level in MS Office with specific strengths in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to set, track, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to clients and team members
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated problem solving, organization, and project management skills
- Proven leadership ability
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to move at an agile pace
- Experience with Prisma and MediaOcean preferred

Compensation Range: $73,910 - $90,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
