Position Overview
We are expanding our Product & Technology team and looking for an experienced Product Growth Manager who can lead initiatives aimed at optimizing the customer journey, boosting conversions, and enhancing user experience. Your primary goal is to identify, test, and execute targeted improvements in our customer websites (get.xometry.eu, get.xometry.uk and others), focusing on small changes that yield significant impacts on conversions. Working closely with design, marketing, product and development teams, you’ll use data-driven insights to design, execute, and analyze experiments that optimize our customer-facing platform.
Responsibilities
- Customer Journey Analysis: Map the customer journey from initial visit to order placement, identifying drop-off points and testing solutions to reduce friction.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use quantitative and qualitative data to understand user behavior and identify opportunities for UX/UI improvements. Analyze data, user feedback and session recordings to pinpoint friction points, conduct customer interviews.
- A/B Testing and Experimentation: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the impact of UX/UI adjustments on key metrics, such as conversion rates, engagement, and order frequency.
- UX/UI Optimization: Collaborate with design and development to propose and implement small, impactful changes to improve user experience and increase conversion rates. Collaborate and exchange insights with our US colleagues who develop their similar product for the US market.
- Rapid Iteration: Embrace a rapid experimentation mindset, iterating quickly on small improvements and learning from each adjustment to continuously drive better results.
- Growth Strategy: In collaboration with the marketing team, develop and refine a roadmap for growth experiments, prioritizing those with the potential for the highest impact on conversion and engagement.
Successful Candidate
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, dedicated experience in growth in a tech-driven environment, with a focus on customer experience and conversion optimization (ideally, in e-commerce or transactional marketplaces).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, build hypotheses, and make data-informed decisions. Experience with A/B testing and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar.
- Technical Knowledge: Comfort with website development concepts; experience working closely with developers to define, test, and implement changes.
- UX/UI Awareness: A solid understanding of UX principles and an eye for design improvements that optimize the user experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Readiness to work in a startup environment with continuously evolving goals.
- Customer Focus: Empathy for the end user, with a relentless drive to improve the customer journey and increase satisfaction.
- Growth Mindset: Ability to embrace and drive a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
Languages
- English: you should be able to hold a confident verbal and written communication.
- Russian: most tech team is Russian native speakers, so this language is essential too.
Work Conditions
- Russian-speaking office/remote team in the large international company.
- Successful startup (400+ people in Europe) inside the world market leader (1000+ people in total).
- Home Office full-time / a long-term contract as Individual Entrepreneur.
