Your Role
This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-led global brand that is working to redefine the future of education. We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to drive all of our paid marketing efforts across multiple channels, including paid social (TikTok, Google, Meta, etc.) and paid search. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing strategies to drive user acquisition and growth across our mobile and web platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global performance marketing strategy; in close collaboration with co-founder and CMO
- Lead, plan, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., TikTok, Meta, Google Ads) to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring the highest return on investment for marketing spend.
- Leverage mobile measurement partners (e.g., Singular, Appsflyer) for tracking, analysis, and reporting of marketing performance.
- Optimize campaigns for both mobile app marketing and web app marketing to maximize performance.
- Continuously monitor performance data, making recommendations to improve KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve creative and audience targeting.
- Act as internal thought leader on all things performance marketing; staying up to date on industry trends and maintaining best practices
What you need to succeed
- 3+ years of experience in B2C performance marketing, preferably with a focus on mobile app marketing and web app marketing.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale paid campaigns on TikTok, Google, Meta, and other ad platforms.
- Experience with mobile measurement platforms (Singular, Appsflyer, Adjust or similar) is a must.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency with AI Tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.), Excel, and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to plan, coordinate and execute a paid creative strategy
