This Role
This role supports the development and execution of commerce and retail media strategies at the brand, category, and account levels for L'Oréal. The Graduate Planner will work closely with the Commerce Director, contributing to plan development, operationalizing best practices, and supporting the upskilling of the wider team on commerce media. This role requires a highly motivated graduate with a strong interest in the commerce media landscape, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support the development of account-level strategies for key commerce platforms like Amazon, Coles, Cartology, and Criteo.
- Assist in campaign planning and support wider planning teams in developing commerce and retail planning capabilities.
- Contribute to the application of best-practice commerce strategy and planning across Agency and Nexus teams.
- Support account management and service delivery for GroupM Commerce clients.
- Collaborate with agency teams (investment, search, social, programmatic, data, and analytics) to contribute to comprehensive client solutions.
- Support the integration of commerce and brand media strategies for end-to-end media plans.
- Assist in cultivating relationships with key partners.
- Support the L'Oréal team in connecting trade and brand investment strategies.
- Develop an understanding of retail media trends and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of go-to-market solutions.
- Assist in creating commerce and retail media content (training materials, POVs, frameworks).
- Support the adoption of GroupM Commerce services.
Minimum Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Strong academic record in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- A genuine interest in commerce and retail media.
- Foundational understanding of media channels and the digital marketing landscape.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
