Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, curious, and solutions-oriented PPC Data Analyst to join our Center of Excellence team. This role is integral to supporting our Analytics Consultants in conducting regular PPC audits. While the position allows for autonomy, we are a highly collaborative and team-oriented group that values selflessness and the collective pursuit of success. We are looking for someone who shows up every day with a willingness to tackle challenges and contribute to shared goals.
As a PPC Data Analyst, you will analyze and audit Amazon PPC performance, provide actionable insights, and support customer performance improvement. You will also own delivering data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns and drive customer success.

Requirements
- Familiarity with PPC advertising and eCommerce platforms, particularly Amazon.
- Background in data analytics, marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- English proficiency required—*must be able to speak and write in the language fluently*

What You’ll Do
- Conduct detailed audits and reviews of customer lifecycle management, focusing on data integrity and performance trends.
- Collaborate with Analytics Consultants to deliver PPC audits, providing actionable insights and tailored recommendations.
- Identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for optimization within customer portfolios.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement and development of best practices, playbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support CSMs by providing timely data analysis and insights to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Foster a collaborative environment by contributing to team discussions, sharing best practices, and supporting collective goals.
- Actively participate in knowledge sharing by documenting insights, lessons learned, and innovative strategies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
