This role will be instrumental in driving our marketing efforts across the USA and ensuring alignment with our sales and finance teams.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager/Sr. Manager of Demand Generation to lead our demand generation initiatives in the USA. The ideal candidate will have 7-15 years of experience in demand generation and a proven track record in both traditional and digital marketing channels. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to drive leads, optimize marketing spend, and achieve measurable results. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive demand generation plans that span events, digital marketing, content marketing, and more.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive pipeline growth.
- Budget Management and ROI Analysis: Oversee the demand generation budget, ensuring effective allocation and maximizing return on investment.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights to optimize results.
- Collaboration with Sales and Finance: Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales objectives.
- Collaborate with the finance team to track and report on campaign expenditures and overall ROI.
- Campaign Execution and Optimization: Lead the planning and execution of key demand generation activities, including webinars, trade shows, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
- Continuously test and refine strategies to improve performance and achieve business goals.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates on campaign performance and demand generation metrics to the Global Head of Marketing and other stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to showcase the effectiveness of demand generation efforts.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7-15 years of experience in demand generation, with a strong background in both traditional and digital marketing.
- Proven track record of managing successful demand generation campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Skills: Expertise in managing budgets and analyzing return on investment.
- Strong understanding of various demand generation tactics, including events, digital marketing, content creation, and lead nurturing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with sales, finance, and other teams to drive business objectives.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
