OverviewThe role of the Senior Campaign Analyst spans across all the phases of the Client Campaign Lifecycle. This will include Estimation, Design, Campaign Build and QC, Project Management, Deployment and Reporting activities for campaigns that may deploy in one or more channels. The Senior Campaign Analyst plays a collaborative role, working closely with diverse teams to bring campaigns successfully to market.
ResponsibilitiesDuties and Responsibilities:
- The Senior Campaign Analyst works cross-functionally with Production, Account Management, and Technology on behalf of our clients to ensure successful email programs
- Building platform related solutions for clients. To include participate in Client meetings, manage Client mailing calendar, asset review, campaign creation, internal UAT, oversee external UAT, change management, manage approval process, reports generation, QA, campaign scheduling, post deployment validation.
- Primary escalation contacts for Client issues/questions related to email campaigns.
- Ensure overall Client satisfaction through timely and accurate completion of projects.
- Maintain campaign process and program documentation.
- Provide weekly account updates to BSA, Account team and/or Client.
- Attend recurring Account meetings (internal and external).
- Track non-deployment activity and providing a monthly report to Campaign Manager and Team Lead.
- Update/create Knowledge Base Articles and Client case studies as necessary.
- Develop campaign workflows for audience selection and segmentation, and deployment of campaigns across channels.
- Configuring Email templates using approved HTML content & applying required personalization.
- Perform QC on the campaigns to ensure data, functional and content accuracy.
- Work closely with external teams and stakeholders to ensure the completion of the tasks on time.
- Provide post-deployment support, engaging in activities such as data analysis, monitoring, and comprehensive reporting.
- Build QC/SQL scripts based on campaign setup and requirements.
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as open rates, clickthrough rates, conversion rates, and other performance indicators.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
- The Senior Campaign Analyst position is a very hands-on role that requires an organized team player with 4+ years relevant experience.
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects in a deadline driven environment.
- Strong interest in interactive marketing is essential.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Working and collaborating with cross-functions teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of: HTML, Freemarker, JavaScript, API, SQL, Excel.
- Knowledge of Internet space/various ESP Clients (Adobe, Unica, SFMC etc.)
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Motivated to work in a dynamic, results-oriented Internet environment, focused on delivering excellent levels of service to customers.
- Totally customer oriented; willingness to stretch to exceed customer expectations.
- Willingness to work on shifts.
