Your Mission
Are you a seasoned Growth Generation Manager? We're seeking a motivated individual to lead our growth marketing and campaign efforts. You'll craft hyper-targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, set strategic goals aligned with key account priorities, and meticulously measure success to fuel pipeline growth and elevate our brand within specific segments of the healthcare community.
Your Daily Life
In your day to day, you will be led to:
- Implement the strategy and oversee the execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for B2B and B2C segments.
- Develop and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns that resonate with B2B and B2C audiences, driving engagement and conversions.
- Set measurable goals and KPIs to track the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns alongside various stakeholders.
- Build an enterprise nurturing campaign across all personas, segments, and collaborate with key stakeholders to align messaging across all marketing initiatives.
- Develop and optimize landing pages to maximize lead conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with external vendors and agencies to optimize marketing efforts.
Job Requirements
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in lead generation and growth marketing (using Salesforce Account Engagement & Pardot is a plus).
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership and agency management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Strong content writing skills for digital platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in both English and French (spoken, written, and reading) is required.
