OverviewThe Production Coordinator is a crucial team member contributing to the creation of impactful video content for
all media platforms and the support system for a multifaceted team of producers. The work being produced at
PXP Studios is high quality and has high visibility among major global clients. Projects range from small tasks
requiring immediate turnaround to large-scale support on complex work.
The Production Coordinator will provide administrative support and assistance for all offices across Agile
Production, Live Action Production and Post Production. They will be required to work with all levels of
employees and will be provided exposure to many different aspects of production within PXP Studios and the
Publicis Groupe.
They will partner with the PXP Studios New York EP and Director of Production as well as the Production
Coordinator at the PXP Chicago Office to develop streamlined processes that service all studio teams across
the US. They will also partner with the PXP finance team to handle day-to-day project assistance, follow up on
project status to support all financial reporting, and support freelancers when they have internal PXP process
questions.
Responsibilities- Must have a basic understanding of film production.
- Lead the charge on the team's digital cleanliness - and support all offices in keeping platforms like Vimeo and One drive organized.
- Provide administrative support to production studios, including the intake and processing of client/vendor POs, department expenses, job number creation across Agile, Live Action and Post.
- Lead Freelancer onboarding alongside the EPs and Line Producers.
- Act as the initial point of contact for all freelance producers when it comes assisting with various processes at PXP (payroll troubleshooting, connecting freelancers to the right people and teams when they need support, assisting with Pcard process and pushing finance.)
- Track when vendors are paid, keeping a closer eye on what is due on a NET30 and a NET60 and chasing finance for payment if incomplete.
- Leads the organization and management of the finance Smartsheet allowing for the least amount of hands in the vendor payment system.
- Manages and problems solves daily requests within Production Departments.
- Oversees final billing of projects with our finance team.
- Cross checking and managing the POC tracker whilst working with producers and finance to report accurate completion status.
- Handling the initial cross check of quarterly reporting, being sure that all jobs executed that quarter are represented.
- Be responsible for updating the biweekly meeting job status tracker that is presented at the weekly meeting to make sure all producers and their projects are represented on the sheet and the project statuses up to date prior to the meeting.
QualificationsThis person must be highly organized, with a charismatic and varied communication style.
Strong character presence with self-confidence, self-starter, process oriented thinker and entrepreneurial in the
development of new more efficient ways of working - OR - tools that will allow for ease of work. A strong
attention to detail, interpersonal skills and is able to multitask efficiently, takes initiative; and is eager to learn.
Has knowledge of Word, Excel, Keynote, the Adobe Suite. This is an entry level role with a growth trajectory
mapped to the role of Producer or Production Manager.

Compensation Range: $39,710 - $57,615 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
