As a Senior Manager, Experience Creative, you will lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of brand experiences across physical, digital, and hybrid touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with strategists, designers, technologists, and clients to bring bold ideas to life, delivering experiences that are memorable, measurable, and meaningful.
ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities:
- Lead the creative development of brand experiences, including interactive installations, immersive campaigns, digital activations, and experimental platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to shape experience strategies and concepts aligned with client objectives and cultural insights.
- Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from ideation and prototyping to execution and evaluation.
- Push creative boundaries by integrating emerging technologies such as AR/VR, generative AI, and immersive storytelling.
- Act as a thought leader and mentor, inspiring creative teams to achieve excellence.
- Build strong relationships with clients, presenting ideas and solutions with clarity and conviction.
- Partner with production and technology teams to ensure flawless execution of creative concepts.
QualificationsQualifications
You bring:
- 8+ years of experience in experience design or creative leadership roles in top-tier agencies like Frog Design, AKQA, or equivalent.
- A strong portfolio showcasing innovative experiential projects, with a focus on interactive and digital experiences.
- Deep understanding of design, storytelling, and technology to craft compelling brand experiences.
- A proven track record of integrating creativity with emerging technologies to deliver groundbreaking work.
- Expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams and fostering collaboration across functions.
- Experience working with global brands on high-impact projects.
You excel in:
- Crafting visionary ideas that push the boundaries of experiential marketing.
- Balancing creativity with strategy to design experiences that deliver measurable impact.
- Leading and inspiring teams, ensuring a high standard of creativity and execution.
