Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Programmatic Campaign Manager to join our Spotify Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of programmatic advertising, data analysis, and campaign optimization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale programmatic campaigns, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns across various platforms.
- Reach out to agency teams and clients to evangelize about Spotify programmatic solutions across Latin America and support for any questions our partners might have, driving to upsell and always on activations.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights.
- Develop and execute programmatic strategies to achieve campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and sales teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Prepare and present campaign performance reports to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in programmatic advertising.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to campaign performance.
- Work with third-party vendors and partners to enhance campaign capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Provide recommendations for improving campaign performance and efficiency.
- Manage relationships with DSPs, SSPs, and other programmatic partners.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all campaigns.
- Develop and maintain documentation for campaign processes and best practices.
- Train and mentor sales team members on programmatic advertising techniques and positioning.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in account management in programmatic advertising.
- Bachelor’s degree student of Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
- Expertise in self-serve platforms, programmatic advertising, and managing relationships with DSPs, SSPs, and other partners.
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to achieve objectives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to evangelize programmatic solutions, train teams, and report campaign results to stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with analytics tools to track and report key performance indicators.
- Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in programmatic advertising.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Detail-oriented and structured mindset with experience managing multiple projects across cross-functional teams.
- Positive attitude, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
