Seer is a remote first agency and
Certified B-Corp with team members working across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in Philadelphia or San Diego. We can only consider candidates based in the US who are able to work continental US based hours.
This IT Intern will be required to work out of the Philadelphia office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. You must be able to dedicate 15-20 hours/week throughout the Internship.

Role Highlights
- Project manage an equipment upgrade across the organization
- Coordinate shipping and receiving of team hardware
- Partnering with local shipping facility to ensure all equipment is tracked, shipped, and received within a timely manner
- Communicate with team members on their eligibility, status, and equipment
- Image and prepare laptops for upgrades, new hires, and team replacements
- Track all inventory to report on project status to manager and leadership
- May support IT ticketing system requests and concerns, depending on level of technical acumen
Essential Skills
- You have excellent written and verbal communication
- You excel in project and task management
- You are comfortable managing inventory
- You are proficient in hardware + software set-up and disk imaging
- You have done Windows 11 troubleshooting and configuration
- You have the ability to troubleshoot hardware + software issues
- You have technical knowledge and acumen and an interest to learn more
- You can own shipping and receiving equipment
What’s the commitment?
- 15 - 20 hours/week
- $15 - $25/hour
- Work in the Philadelphia office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
$15 - $25 per-hour-wage
