The Quota Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and analyzing sales quotas for the Epsilon sales organization, ensuring that sales quotas are achievable and aligned with the company’s plan structure and strategic growth goals. This role is a new position which will deliver great value to the Epsilon business as the liaison between multiple cross functional teams and Sales.
- The Quota Manager reports to the VP of Revenue Operations and will collaborate with the Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations and Incentive Compensation teams on a day-to-day basis.
- Beyond the responsibilities listed above, we strive to ensure we have continuous improvement in our approach and results. Immediate goals for this role include:
- Support systemic transition of quota development and management process (Salesforce / Xactly).
- Roll out multi-practice quota processes to support vertically aligned sales team transition
- Consolidate, simplify and standardize global quota approaches to ensure alignment with incentive compensation plan terms.
- Describe any exciting projects that they will work on
This new role is part of the evolution of Epsilon’s Revenue Operations team and will quickly make an impact to the success of the business and company culture. The Quota Manager will design and own a highly collaborative process with Finance, Incentive Compensation, Sales and HR, to support achievement of sales targets and align strategy with Epsilon’s overall business objectives to drive growth.
- What you’ll bring with you:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, quota management, or a related role in the data, tech, or digital media industry (B2B enterprise selling model)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in sales performance management software and CRM systems (Salesforce, Xactly).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
