About This Role
We are seeking a results-driven Growth Manager based in Amsterdam, passionate about driving impact and achieving growth. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Consumer and Marketing teams to expand Xe's market share across our consumer segments. As a Growth Manager, you will drive the regional growth strategy and manage the performance of all growth activities, product requirements and customer experience within each country. You'll continuously explore innovative ways to uncover growth opportunities, applying analytical decision-making across Xe's owned and paid channels, measuring performance, and optimizing for maximum impact.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Adapt global initiatives into localised campaigns by developing a deep understanding of our customer base in your region.
- Lead local communications to ensure the Xe value proposition is effectively conveyed across all customer segments within your territory.
- Monitor and report on performance across all channels, including the conversion funnel and ROI for your territory.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Consumer to align the regional plan with the overall consumer strategy.
- Work with the UX / Marketing / Content teams to create and optimise localised content and messaging for campaigns specific to your local market.
- Act as the "local expert," providing insights to enhance brand awareness and identify customer acquisition and growth opportunities for the region.
- Drive go-to-market strategies and execute successful new product launches.
- Ensure our client lifetime value is maintained vs our marketing investment.
Position Requirements
- Fluent in German and English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Practical, hands-on experience in executing go-to-market initiatives.
- Prior experience in a similar growth or product focused role within the European market.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing reporting and data management platforms for informed business decision making e.g Amplitude, PowerBI.
- Ability to identify in-country opportunities to shape marketing strategies and decisions.
- Strong communication skills with a track record of effective cross-collaboration with global teams.
- Experience in delivering localised multi-channel campaigns across both traditional and digital platforms.
- Proven experience of driving new product growth in new markets.
- Competent in building business case/investment opportunities to drive growth.
- You're an all-rounder, with competence in Marketing, Product, Operations, Data, wherever the demand is, you can roll up your sleeves and help.
