About The Role
In the global Amazon Media Team you are responsible for one of the European markets. You are reporting into the Global Media Lead Amazon. You work very closely with the Amazon leads, all marketeers of each of the category as well as with the leadership team of the market and agency partner in charge of the Amazon activation of our global campaigns. You align with digital hub on the marketing plans to keep consistency in communication across different channels in the region.
The Impact You’ll Make
- Lead the Amazon EU media plan across all channels in compliance with global integrated media plan.
- Lead consolidation of Amazon integrated campaign plans in Europe across all business categories.
- Lead activation of media campaigns on and off Amazon through DSP media buying in.
- Ensure campaigns execution is in compliance with global media strategy and playbooks.
- Turn real-time performance insights from internal/external data pools into proactive improvements actions.
- Accountable for collaborating with key centralized resources such as, marketing, Digital, Analytics and Amazon leads.
- Collaborate closely with the Consumer Market Insights team, Amazon KAMs and agency on understanding audiences and performance of campaigns.
The Skills And Knowledge You’ll Bring
- At least 7 years' experience in Media management and brand.
- Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus.
- Master's degree equivalent level in Marketing/Media/Communication.
- Knowledge in media planning and buying and being current in the constantly changing world of media with a focus on retail media.
- Budget management.
- Ability to be agile, pivot as needed and manage many high-priority projects at once.
- Foster and maintain positive working relationships with all media agencies and vendors.
- Team player with a pro-active attitude.
- Experience with European media channels and Amazon Ads will be a differentiator.
