A Day In The Life Might Look Like
Campaign Planning, Management & Optimization of Paid Search campaigns
- Create and manage campaigns to effectively deliver client objectives and targets
- Ensure best practice set up and ongoing management of campaigns
- Oversee optimization of campaigns manually and through utilization of bid management tools
- Complete and manage the forecast and plan of monthly budgets in line with client objectives
- Development and planning of performance media strategy largely independently
- Management of direct reports to effectively manage & optimize campaigns
- Final QA for large client deliverables and launches of new media campaigns
Reporting & Analysis
- Interpret performance reporting data for clients on a regular and/or ad-hoc basis
- Present campaign strategy and report on key performance milestones to date
- Be able to direct and/or execute optimizations based on performance analysis
Team Management
- Help to manage personal development plans for all direct reports ensuring objectives are met
- Develop performance media knowledge, tech knowledge and skill set of direct reports
- Provide regular support and advice to help progress direct reports
- Responsible for all your team’s daily operations
- Ensure team is providing accurate, timely billings and reconciliation as well as budget pace
Performance Innovation
- Help to drive innovation and creative search solutions for clients
- Lead team and company trainings on the world of performance media
- Ensure beta participation for clients and work alongside other online and offline account teams to deliver an integrated digital marketing solution
- Reflect the agency ambition and vision in all work, and lead and inspire the team to follow high standards
- Partner day to day with colleagues to meet needs of the client’s needs/business goals
- Continually seek out areas to continue learning and developing your own skill set
Other
- Partner day to day with colleagues to meet needs of the US businesses
- Proactively seek out vendor partnerships and educating the team on new vendors
- Continually seek out areas to continue learning and developing your skill set
- Collaborate with other office leaders
What You’ll Need/Skills
- Google Ads Certified, Microsoft Bing certified, Search Ads 360 certified; highly preferred
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience specific to Paid Search/SEM.
- Continually strives to seek innovative ways to find solutions for our clients
- Able to see big picture perspective and apply appropriately to brand
- Media Agency, Advertising, Trading desk, Advertising Network
- University Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Engineering
- Media buying platforms
- Tables (i.e. Excel)
- Presentation (i.e. Powerpoint)
- Intermediate – Advanced level Excel skills required
- Media Trading Campaign analysis and report
