We’re looking for a proactive and creative individual who enjoys coming up with new ideas and implementing them across a variety of digital platforms. You will have extensive writing skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and be a team player with a positive attitude.
To be successful in this role, you will have expertise with using SEO best practices to write creative copy that includes effective keyword placement, proficiency in leveraging data analytics and customer insights to drive decision-making and have a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
About The Role
The Digital Marketing and Social Media Coordinator is an essential part of our Marketing Team. Reporting to the Digital Marketing and Platforms Manager, this Permanent Full-time role is focused on developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence and brand awareness.
You will be building key spokespeople profiles, managing digital campaigns, creating engaging content, and analysing performance metrics to drive growth and engagement.
Some key areas of the role will include:
Digital Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing aspect of campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
- Create and manage customer nurture journeys using our existing marketing assets.
- Track, analyse, and refine nurture journeys based on performance data.
- Keep websites updated and implement and manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility and drive traffic.
- Collaborate with Marketing Leads on the execution of brand and product campaigns, including creating automated workflows and managing lead generation.
Communications
- Write a wide range of relevant, timely and engaging content across various platforms targeted at each customer segment, engaging with external and internal providers as required.
- Draft, edit and produce email marketing campaigns, including quarterly fund updates, insight magazine emails, product promotional emails.
- Oversee social media accounts, create and schedule posts, engage with the audience, and monitor performance.
- Promote key spokespeople and thought leadership articles on appropriate platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights.
