OverviewYou are a talented Associate Creative Director (ACD) writer who is responsible for translating e-commerce strategy into effective copy for interactive marketing, online campaigns, web and motion-based projects. Under the direction of a Creative Lead (GCD), you will work hands-on on several projects at a time and will be involved in all phases of creative development. You will be responsible for executing portions of projects in conjunction with a cross-discipline team. You may be involved in new business projects. You work independently, with limited oversight from your manager.
Someone with a strong e-commerce approach to writing, with a broad knowledge of interactive/digital experiences including social, web and mobile.
Responsibilities- Reports to Group Creative Director
- Responsible for delivering copy solutions for multiple simultaneous projects, including copy decks to aid our development team
- Follows creative direction of senior Creative staff and Account staff
- Mentors our more junior copywriters, and is available to critique their work
- Manages many internal details of assigned projects, including conducting due diligence on how products are represented via toolkits or on .com
- Leads the effort to translate established creative direction into conceptual ideas
- Works with cross discipline team on all projects – Brand Strategy, Content Strategy, UX, Design, SEO, Account, PM
Qualifications- 7+ years' experience in agency or equivalent background
- Portfolio must include all digital (social, mobile, web) work and campaign work
- Must be conceptual/an idea person as well as a hands-on writer
- Nice to have: Tech industry experience
- Nice to have: E-commerce experience
- Solid knowledge of steps required in creative development process: provides guidance to achieve creative direction; gives timely and helpful coaching; and produces all work in a timely, cost-effective manner
- Good people-management and coaching skills
- Ability to solve problems using keen instincts and organizational experience
- Proven mentoring, supervisory, and team-building skills

Compensation Range:$105,165 - $151,095 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
