OverviewWe are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional who flourishes in a deadline-driven environment and prizes producing advertising and marketing materials of the highest quality. Primary responsibilities will include ensuring that client projects are grammatically and factually correct, clear and effective, consistent, and compliant with client brand voice and standards.
Responsibilities- Edit and proofread all client projects, ensuring they are error-free, grammatically and factually correct, consistent internally and across assets, and follow client brand standards
- Demonstrate expertise, precision, and the ability to work as a team player in a very fast-paced and fast-moving agency environment
- Handle a large volume of work quickly and accurately
- Offer suggestions/rewrite copy where necessary to improve clarity and readability
- Adhere to copy styles and product guidelines per client brand standards
- Help maintain and update client style guides
Qualifications- 5-plus years of copy editing/proofreading experience
- Excellent understanding of the English language, grammar, and ellements of effective writing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, and simultaneously handle multiple projects with accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus research skills across all mediums
- Experience using digital project management/proofreading platforms (e.g., Workfront/ProofHQ) and Microsoft 365
- Experience using client brand guidelines, plus industry style guides (e.g., AP Stylebook)
- Bachelor’s degree in English or related field

Compensation Range: $73,500 to $123,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
