Job Title

We are looking for a Growth Marketer focused on User Interface, User Experience, and Conversion Rate Optimization to join our team and take ownership of the user experience and interface design for our consumer-facing brands in the real estate industry.

You’ll be shaping the way millions of users interact with our websites and apps and design user flows that aim to deliver intuitive experiences and generate ecommerce sales.

You’ll be responsible for designing and optimizing user flows that not only enhance the user experience but also improve conversion rates.

Working closely with our marketing experts, graphic designers, and software engineers, you’ll use your expertise to design, test, and iterate web interfaces, A/B tests, and promotional campaigns that deliver measurable results.

What we're looking for

At least 3 years of experience designing web interfaces and user flows
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design or related fields
A portfolio demonstrating complex application design and high-fidelity prototypes
Expertise in creating wireframes, diagrams, interactive prototypes, and development specifications
Proficient in tracking and analyzing user behavior through website analytics platforms
Experience conducting user A/B testing
Experience in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe
Strong skills in creating user flows, conversion funnels, purchase flows and landing pages
Experience in launching and managing promotional campaigns
Critical thinking & product thinking
Self-starter with a capacity to take feedback as an opportunity to improve

Nice to have

Good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) and frameworks (Angular, JavaScript)
Experience working with WordPress

What you'll do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, graphic designers, marketers, sales and product managers to design the user experience for real estate websites
Develop concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and intuitive user flows
Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all elements of the user interface, including typography, layout, color, and iconography
Conduct user research to discover needs, collect feedback and test usability
Propose and set up A/B tests to continuously improve conversion rates and user engagement
Align design with Conversion Rate Optimization best practices for ecommerce checkout and lead generation
Define and implement design systems and UI component libraries to ensure brand consistency in collaboration with a graphic designer
Propose and implement user flows and interfaces that prioritize both user experience and conversion goals, in collaboration with a graphic designer
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and specifications for graphic designers and development teams to clearly convey UX/CRO strategies
Create compelling landing pages and optimize them for performance
Track and analyze user behavior metrics to support ongoing UX/CRO improvements
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns
