In this role, your goals will be:In three months:

熟识及融入群邑电商运作体系
熟识项目及团队情况
了解多平台电商广告的优化操作

In six months:

取得阶段性效果，如618/双11大促

In 12 months:

成为某客户项目的专业担当

What your day job looks like at GroupM:

- 负责阿里，京东，拼多多，抖音，小红书，微信等多数字平台的广告投放效果分析和优化，提升广告效果。- 跟踪和分析广告数据，提出改进方案，确保广告投放策略的有效性。- 与团队协作，优化广告流程，提高工作效率。- 协助制定和执行电商广告策略，包括市场调研、竞品分析、投放人群等。

Minimum qualifications:

- 大专及以上学历，市场营销、广告等相关专业优先。- 具备跨部门、跨地域沟通能力，需要细心、责任心和团队协作精神。
