About Marketing Manager

Greenfield role where you get to re:build the future of Cloudtech. Laying the foundation of the New-Age Marketing stack for the company. Marketing Manager is not just responsible for getting inbound business, but makes our sales team empowered to solve the toughest problems for our Customers. Reporting directly to the CEO. But tightly coupled to Sales, Partnership and Delivery leadership in designing integrated GTM programs, closely working with AWS Partner Marketing teams.

The two most important goals are generate new business and be top of the mind of our customers and strategic partners.

Role & Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales and Delivery leaders to define target customers, messaging, positioning, and market for our products and services.
Work closely with relevant AWS Virtual Partner Marketing Manager (VPMM) to emphasize commercial partner overlap for the go-to-market, coordinate co-marketing and co-selling motions, and use of market development funds (MDF).
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans across various channels (digital, social media, content, etc.), We exist to help companies solve their most pressing business challenges using AWS.
2024 is All about GenAI, Your role will be key to our marketing to gain new customers, and adapt to the constantly changing landscape of IT Consulting.
Daily, Weekly, Quarterly, and Annual plans to Strategize, Execute, gather feedback rinse<>repeat.
Request and manage budget needed to hit campaign/initiative goals: request, modelling, reporting, pacing.
Manage and optimize marketing campaigns, continuously measuring and analyzing performance metrics, campaigns are mostly unpaid but open to doing paid media based on results.
Identify new marketing opportunities and experiment with innovative tactics to reach target audiences.
Strategize and oversee the development of educational and engaging content, including blog posts, videos, newsletters, social media posts, presentations, talking points, promotional copy, and case studies, as applicable.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field from a reputable institution like MICA.ac.in.
4-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on marketing metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.
Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Passion for the company's products and a deep understanding of the target market.
Passion to learn new technology.
