In this Head of Growth role, you will..

Play a key role in crafting and shaping the nabtrade business plan, driving innovation and strategic growth.
Collaborate with finance to shape the financial plan secure strategic investments, and drive impactful benefit outcomes.
Lead the seamless execution of nabtrade’s business priorities by orchestrating efforts across a dynamic matrix structure, leveraging an agile cadence and cross-functional squads.
Prioritise enhancing the digital customer experience, driving innovation, and unlocking growth opportunities.
Partner with internal stakeholders to propel meaningful growth and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Background in financial services with a strong edge in trading or wealth management.

In-depth technical expertise in trading, investing, and margin lending.
