In this Head of Growth role, you will..
- Play a key role in crafting and shaping the nabtrade business plan, driving innovation and strategic growth.
- Collaborate with finance to shape the financial plan secure strategic investments, and drive impactful benefit outcomes.
- Lead the seamless execution of nabtrade’s business priorities by orchestrating efforts across a dynamic matrix structure, leveraging an agile cadence and cross-functional squads.
- Prioritise enhancing the digital customer experience, driving innovation, and unlocking growth opportunities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to propel meaningful growth and deliver exceptional outcomes.
