OverviewRole Objectives:
The Analytics Manager will be responsible for being the day-to-day owner of deliverables with support from their Director and Associate Director. This includes fostering both internal and external relationships and being the go-to point of contact for this brand. This role requires a solid understanding of media performance measurement and comfort with data storytelling and the ability to successfully present reporting to both internal and client teams.
Additionally, Managers oversee other Senior Analysts and Analysts who own reporting on smaller portfolio brands and must be comfortable supporting across multiple lines of business. They also will drive impact across the portfolio by acting as project owner and using their knowledge of data visualization tools to foster the development of our ETL to provide innovative deliverables to our clients.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
- Create professional relationships with internal (Publicis) and external (client team, partner agencies/consulting groups) stakeholders by communicating and delivering on all data needs for which BI is responsible.
- As we build on the behalf of the client, ensure the accuracy of the many internal data sources and (where applicable) third-party vendors/data streams that comprise our custom measurement platform while keeping work streams on task within the established timelines and delivery dates.
- Synthesize the data available into insights about the success of our programs in transforming the behavior of our target audience (most likely healthcare professionals, patients/prospects or a combination of the two) while identifying opportunities for program optimization and enhancement.
- Work with BI Leadership to utilize the recommendations as the foundation for presentations, reports, assorted client deliverables in either a face-to-face setting or via WebEx/teleconference.
- Through an understanding of client needs and internal operations to meet goals and success for the client and team.
- Provide guidance to direct reports, internal teams, and 3rd party partners to maintain high-quality products and adhere to deliverable schedules.
- Support new business initiatives through case study development, presentation of findings and succinct overview of prior success/learning.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree (preferably a BS in a related field) is preferred
- 3 to 5 years of work experience in data/analytics consulting and quantitative marketing and media data analysis
- Healthcare, pharmaceuticals and life sciences experience preferred but not necessarily a requirement

Compensation Range: $87,210 - $137,195 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
