Measures of success
1)In three months:
深入了解小红书灵犀、聚光平台等,提供品牌富有建设性/可操作的专业采买建议及策略 。
深度了解群邑内部体系与客户服务形态。
与团队成员(含跨组/三地)能够建立良好的合作关系。
能够成功支持领导所负责的项目,产出高质量的服务,包括但不限于:数据分析,人群洞察,客户关系等等。
2)In six months:
与客户/小红书平台的关键决策人,建立起坚实稳固的合作关系。
3)in 12 months.
可以独立驾驭手上客户所有的策略,并带领或协同团队输出,满足客户需求。
Responsibilities of the role
- 负责客户小红书竞价信息流和竞价搜索关键词投放,日常需与媒体、客户等进行密切沟通;
- 对相关数据变化敏感,能进行相应的分析,熟悉聚光及灵犀平台;
- 梳理客户推广产品在小红书的种草卖点、背书和可视化表达等,撰写种草产品分析;
- 定期分析广告投放效果,制作相关项目结案和复盘,对客户整体种草策略、种草内容、投流内容、提升方向给出优化建议;
What you will need
Experience:
- 3年以上相关工作经验,4A或大型Local Agency工作经验,有小红书竞价效果类客户投放及策略经验、操作过千万量级以上账户、有大型甲方客户服务对接经验优先;有「字节与千川-直播」投放经验尤佳;
- 具有较强的沟通协调能力,严谨的逻辑性和耐心度,数据敏感度高;
- 熟练使用Excel、 PowerPoint,PPT美化能力强;
