Overview of job You will be the expert in the group who has depth experience and knowledge in Ecommerce business who can be the consultant to our key clients on building their Ecommerce business in the complex market across multiple Ecommerce platform include but not limited to JD,Taobao, Tmall.

Measures of success –
In three months:
- 掌握各主流电商平台的电商推广形式及操作
- 参与到知名品牌的电商推广活动中
In six months:
- 负责知名品牌主流电商渠道RTB广告的推广规划,投放及优化
- 熟识各类电商平台的广告投放
In 12 months:
- 成为主要的电商渠道RTB广告投放的专家
- 整体负责某品牌的电商推广规划及投放
Responsibilities of the role:
1.负责在京东平台进行广告投放,根据品牌营销策略和平台节点制定广告投放计划;2.负责平台推广工具的优化和数据分析,提高广告浏览量和转化率,优化广告效果达成ROI目标,协助品牌实现全店销售额增长;3.主导投放数据的日报、周报等关键指标分析,并结合店铺、竞品以及行业情况,及时调整投放策略,优化创意和出价,提升广告效果;4.与品牌客户销售,运营等部门密切合作,快速回应品牌客户需求,确保投放执行与品牌策略一致;5.与设计团队密切合作,设计和制作高质量的广告素材,并且根据投放效果反馈,持续优化广告素材,提高点击率和转化率;6.完成上级布置的其他工作任务。
What you will need:
1.本科学历以上,对电商行业及电商广告推广感兴趣,1年及以上大品牌京东京准通执行经验优先;2.有优秀的文字功底,具备一定的文案创意构思能力者优先;3.快速的学习能力、抗压能力、沟通能力和执行能力,高度的责任心。
