OverviewThe SVP, Client Lead is meant to lead client business engagement – inclusive of all senior client relationships, overall financial health of scoped engagements, have a growth focused mindset and lead the DH team for overall success. They will also work collaboratively with the Operations, Delivery and other capability leaders to ensure team culture and overall excellence in delivery. This role is a brand marketing experienced person but also has deep understading in overall complex operational models (Agile a plus) and trechnolgoy platforms utilized in modern marketing practices (Veeva, Adobe, etc) The SVP Director, Client Lead is the Accoutn team’s lead, ultimately responsible for managing and overseeing all AM talent. There will be additional responsibilities focused on participating in the larger PH Platform and Technology Service Unit development and growth (supporting the Chief Digital Officer).
ResponsibilitiesKnowledge
- Phramaceutical brand marketing and/or consulting
- Experience in multiple categories and across various brand marketing challenges (ex: Launch, brand exstensions, etc)
- Ability to translate brand marketing team needs in an environment of transformation operationally
- Purposefully represent the needs and prespective of brand marketers in enterprise level transformation initatives/projects (“be the bridge”)
- Technology Platforms
- Partners with Operational Lead to identifies opportunities and efforts to optimize processes for resource, time and cost efficiencies
- Understand effectively the impact of design systems, technical platforms and processes on the speed/efficiency and optimization of marketing content ideation, development and delivery
- Transformative program experiences
- When necessary for business rationale for expansive programs to support tech/platform based efforts of marketing transformation
- Design systems, Agile practices, Content systems and modular content processes, etc
Client Relationship
- Client-facing lead on issues related to full scope management, growth opportunities, staffing, and overall project success KPIs
- Demonstrates passion for the brands and the overall enterprise/organization’s goals
- Owns vendor/partner relationships as appropriate
- Skilled communicator with solid written and presentation skills
Requirements/Criteria
- Overall a “t-shaped experienced person” - encompassing both marketing and operational experiences or mindset
- Ability to manage and lead in complexity and matrixed projects w/multiple dependencies and stakeholders
- An open thinker and willing to take risk/think differently
- Be the builder of transparency and trust with both DH team and clients
- Provides long-term/big picture thinking for large, enterprise transformative projects
- Must hold strong understanding of today’s digital technologies
- Must excel is collaboration and communication

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree required
- Agency or digital project experience required
- Agile/scrum experience a plus
- Pharma marketing/Healthcare experience required
- Exceptional planning, coordination, management, and communication skills are required
- Experience with risk management, change management, communications management required

Compensation Range: $176,700 - $288,765 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
