GroupM Nexus is the world's largest performance engine that integrates paid, owned, and earned to deliver true business outcomes for our clients.Role Summary & ImpactAs a Group Director, Programmatic, you will be responsible for overall management and leadership of agency Online Video, Display, emerging programmatic channels and performance teams that support a wide variety of accounts. You will maintain constant communication with the team leads within the agency and across the network, and foster the career growth, management skills and expertise for the next generation of data-driven programmatic advertising specialists. This role requires a thorough understanding of all major programmatic platforms and an ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. You should love to solve challenges, collaborate across agency teams, and have a strong POV with the ability to proactively identify needs and build solutions. You should also be able to define a roadmap and team priorities, mentor your direct reports, and lead content that directly influences all clients within the agency group. Key Responsibilities
- Work with clients and agency leadership to uncover business needs and objectives, build appropriate strategies, and help achieve client goals.
- Provide strategic input to manage and develop campaigns with various strategies, such as prospecting, remarketing, and contextual targeting to meet client goals.
- Develop, maintain and refine trusted relationships and service levels that bridge key client and agency stakeholders.
- Assist clients in defining their performance marketing approach to achieve business results.
- Develop Online Video, Display, and emerging digital channel strategies, forecasting, and planning for key accounts.
- Manage project plans, scope of work, and timelines to ensure deliveries.
- Own team’s profit and loss statements and identify and improve account profitability, billings and revenue with agency partners.
- Developing staff plans and leading the activation team on campaign management and optimizations to achieve KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising; OR equivalent professional work experience.
- 9+ Years experience leading programmatic campaign management strategy, Video, Display experience required, DOOH, Connected TV, Digital Audio experience preferred.
- 5+ years of demonstrated strong client relationship responsibility.
- Proven leadership, account management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service.
- Strong knowledge or experience in account management/coordination, buying, client/campaign strategy, and media planning.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $125,000 to $295,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
